Bronzite is one of the most powerful stones for alleviating feelings of self-doubt and insecurity. It is known as the "stone of courtesy" due to the energies promoting love, equality, and protection to anyone in its environment. Bronzite is a deeply grounding stone, I feel it most in my root and lower feet chakras as I feel it rooting me deeper into my body and deeper into Momma Gaia. This stone will help you get back on track and focus on what's most important to you while instilling the courage to stand up for yourself and take action to get things done. It works to keep you grounded and comfortable in situations that would commonly cause anxiety and distress.
