The Element of Water connects us to our emotional body. Water is the most abundant resource on this planet and the natural building block for life. In that same vein, our emotional bodies are fundamentally what makes us human. Truly think about the lack of color your life would have if you weren't able to experience joy, creativity, pain, pleasure, peace, contentment, compassion, excitement, ect. It is truly what makes us human beings rather than robotic human doings. And yet emotions get a bad wrap becuase of the unpleasant variety that instead of flowing through, we freeze it into ice cubes within the physical body, thus creating energetic blockages  and baggage. This can get passed on from one lifetime to another until we fully surrender to feeling all the feels.

Moonstone is the stone for the divine feminine that welcomes all emotions and helps us to integrate + regulate them.
